Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of multi-family housing experience; prior leadership experience is preferred
• Strong, energetic personality with a dedication to excellent resident service
• Proven ability to motivate and train team members in leasing, marketing, and customer service
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and professional tone
• Experience with Entrata is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the hiring process, including interviewing and onboarding team members
• Assist with staff orientation, training, and scheduling
• Help achieve monthly delinquency and occupancy goals
• Support leasing efforts through effective marketing strategies
• Assist with processing purchase orders and invoices
• Lead leasing efforts and ensure company standards for sales and professionalism are met
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
• Stay informed on leasing techniques and property rental information
• Accurately post rent in tracking systems
• Ensure timely, courteous responses to resident requests and concerns
