What we require:
- Minimum 2 years multi-family property management experience.
- SC Property Manager License required.
- High energy personality with focus on great resident service.
- Ability to motivate and train a team on all aspects of their position including leasing, marketing, and collections.
- Problem solver, positive outlook, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to compose notices and communication that is grammatically correct and professional in tone.
- Experience with Entrata is preferred.
What you are expected to provide:
- Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.e. the budget, established by the Regional Manager and the Owner.
- Achieving occupancy goals and leasing expectations of the property by utilizing various marketing methods and programs.
- Achieving delinquency standards weekly/monthly.
- Conducting daily physical inspections of the property
- Supervising the office and maintenance staff.
- Obtaining Regional Manager approval for expenses outside the budgeted guidelines.
- Conducting final interviews and hiring of all property employees under the direction of the Regional Manager.
- Ensuring a professional appearance and attitude, always, for yourself and all property employees.
- Leasing of the property by ensuring through supervision of the office and leasing personnel.
- Ensuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Ensuring that personnel in all departments operate within OSHA and EPA standards as well as follow all Fair Housing regulations.
- Ensuring required reports are completed and submitted when due.
