- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear, professional notices and correspondence
- Experience with Entrata is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
As a Tax Credit Community Manager, youll be a vital part of our team, overseeing various operational aspects of the property, including:
- Managing the propertys finances within budgetary guidelines set by the Regional Manager and Owner
- Driving occupancy goals and leasing targets using innovative marketing strategies
- Managing delinquency standards and working to minimize collection issues
- Conducting daily property inspections to ensure high standards of maintenance and cleanliness
- Leading and supporting the office and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Managing staff recruitment and ensuring a professional and welcoming work environment for everyone
- Overseeing resident relations, addressing concerns or complaints promptly, and ensuring top-notch customer service
- Ensuring full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
- Preparing and submitting reports on time, with attention to detail and accuracy
