- Minimum of 2 years experience in multi-family property management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate both leasing and maintenance teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Entrata is a plus
- Commitment to exceptional resident service and satisfaction
Your Role at Eagle Crossing
- Manage day-to-day property operations to ensure peak performance
- Monitor and drive occupancy goals, rent collections, and expense control
- Oversee property inspections and maintain high standards for cleanliness and maintenance
- Lead and support office and maintenance staff
- Stay on top of compliance with safety and housing regulations
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
