What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Must be at least 18 years of age with one month of related experience or training
- Ability to walk the property frequently and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed for the role
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Comfort with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, fumes, chemicals, and electrical risks
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure Security & Safety by patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, and managing access points
- Assist Visitors by controlling entry and directing traffic to ensure smooth flow of vehicles and guests
- Report Issues including irregularities, policy violations, and trespassers, while maintaining safety and security
- Document Activities by completing detailed reports of observations, incidents, and surveillance activities
- Support Operations by maintaining equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting malfunctions
- Ensure Legal Compliance by following all legal requirements to maintain the organizations reputation and stability
- Contribute to Team Goals by helping with additional tasks and collaborating with your team
