What Were Looking For:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: Prior leasing experience is a plus, but a strong customer service or sales background is a must
- Skills: Bilingual? Even better! Professional appearance, excellent communication (written & verbal), and proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Tech Savvy: Experience with Entrata and social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram is a plus
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk properties frequently, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Availability: Willing to work Saturdays
- Personality: Dependable, detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing & Sales: Complete lease agreements, collect rental deposits, and ensure "model" apartments are tour-ready
- Customer Service: Address resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Marketing: Build relationships with local businesses for marketing materials and leasing opportunities
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate resident and property files, monitor lease terms, rental rates, and property amenities
- Property Inspections: Conduct daily inspections to ensure the property is always in top shape
- Compliance: Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and OSHA/EPA standards
