Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in multi-family housing
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- Proficiency in general maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in outdoor weather conditions
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the property, including buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Respond promptly to service requests and complete make-readies efficiently
- Supervise maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping staff
- Manage maintenance inventory and adhere to budget guidelines
- Provide exceptional service to residents, creating a positive living environment
- Coordinate and oversee vendor work as needed
