If you have 2 years of experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC (EPA certification required), carpentry, and other building systems, we want to hear from you! Experience in pool maintenance is a plus.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversight of property maintenance, ensuring high standards of upkeep
- Responding promptly to repair requests, including after-hours calls
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Supervising maintenance and custodial staff, including training and disciplinary actions
- Managing maintenance budget and inventory
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
