Your Role: Maintenance Supervisor
As our Maintenance Supervisor, youll be responsible for keeping Alloras stunning community in top shapeoverseeing everything from apartment repairs and HVAC systems to grounds and amenity maintenance. Your work helps ensure our residents enjoy a comfortable, safe, and beautifully maintained home.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Complete service requests and prepare apartments for new residents
- Respond to emergency and after-hours maintenance needs
- Train, supervise, and support maintenance and grounds staff
- Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing)
- Manage vendor relationships and inventory
- Deliver top-notch service with a smile
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years as a maintenance supervisor in multifamily housing
- Strong HVAC skills and EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- CPO Required with proof.
- Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Must have basic tools, reliable transportation, and be able to respond to after-hours calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to walk property and work in outdoor conditions
