Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2yrs prior maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing.
- HVAC experience; EPA certification (Type II or Universal) is preferred.
- Swimming pool experience and CPO is preferred.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.
- Ability to handle after-hours calls.
- Basic tools and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills.
