Key Responsibilities:
- Apartment Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems
- Service Requests: Address resident maintenance requests and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed
- Property Care: Maintain the property grounds, buildings, and amenities to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Inventory & Tools: Manage and maintain maintenance tools and supplies
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
- Previous experience in apartment or multifamily housing maintenance
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically able to walk the property, climb ladders and stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance
