Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience, with experience in affordable housing required.
- Experience in HUD PBV housing property management (knowledge of Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, or other HUD programs)
- HCCP certification preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Knowledge of EIV system preferred
- High energy and a strong focus on providing excellent resident service
- Ability to motivate and train your team on leasing, marketing, and collections
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a preference for working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to compose grammatically correct and professional notices
- Experience with Onesite and RealPage products is preferred
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate the property in alignment with the financial guidelines set by the Regional Manager and Owner
- Achieve occupancy goals and leasing targets using a variety of marketing strategies
- Meet delinquency standards on a weekly and monthly basis
- Conduct daily physical inspections of the property to ensure everything is running smoothly
- Supervise the office and maintenance staff
- Secure Regional Manager approval for any expenses outside the approved budget
