Key Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in multi-family property management AND tax credit required.
- Energetic personality with a strong focus on excellent resident service.
- Proven ability to motivate and train a team across leasing, marketing, and collections.
- Problem-solving skills, a positive outlook, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong writing skills for clear, professional communication.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the property’s financial health and meet occupancy goals.
- Monitor and manage delinquency standards.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure property excellence.
- Lead and support the office and maintenance teams.
- Approve budget expenditures and assist in hiring top talent.
- Deliver outstanding service to residents and manage requests efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
- Prepare and manage reports in a timely manner.
