IT Asset Audit Analyst

Brooksource is seeking a detail-oriented IT Asset Audit Analyst to support our IT Service Management (ITSM) operations. This role is responsible for auditing IT asset records, verifying equipment inventory, and ensuring data accuracy within ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience working with spreadsheets and data analysis tools to track and validate IT assets, billing, and workflow compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct audits of IT asset workflows in ServiceNow to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze and validate equipment inventory locations, billing details, and asset movements.
• Investigate and reconcile discrepancies, including locating lost or misreported equipment.
• Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to track, verify, and correct asset records.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to improve asset tracking processes.
• Generate reports and provide insights to enhance IT asset management practices.
• Maintain documentation of audit findings and ensure adherence to IT asset policies.
