Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
Hybrid (3 Days onsite)
Philadelphia, PA
As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will be the liaison between different teams such as developers, testers, project managers, and business stakeholders. You must have strong written and oral communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between external and internal teams. The BSA will be responsible for gathering requirements and creating a source to target map. Strong SQL skills are essential for analyzing data efficiently. Experience with cloud migration projects is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the business, developers, testers, and project managers
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned projects
- Create functional requirement documents and source to target mapping (data mapping)
- Perform excellent data analysis, data profiling, and system analysis
- Analyze data using strong SQL skills and experience with SQL queries
- Transform data once collected
- Support cloud migration projects by mapping and analyzing data
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in an enterprise environment
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis
- 2-3 years of experience in systems analysis
- 2-3 years of experience in data analysis
- 5-7 years of experience writing complex queries in SQL
- Experience gathering requirements
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Health Information Management, or a related field
