Overview:
Our Fortune 75 MSO Client is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect III to join a high-impact team supporting cloud infrastructure and architecture across multiple product lines. This role is key to designing, developing, and implementing scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to align with business and technical goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and present architectural solutions and recommendations to stakeholders and customers.
- Define operational procedures, KPIs, and monitoring strategies to ensure reliability.
- Drive roadmap execution and address customer-specific requirements.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence platform enhancements.
- Mentor team members through training sessions, knowledge sharing, and project retrospectives.
- Promote and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in cloud solution architecture.
- *Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) certification required.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, OpenStack, VMware) and hybrid environments.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, HTTP, SSL).
- Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Hands-on experience with application/database integration technologies.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and experience with open-source technologies.
- Agile/Scrum development experience.
