Senior Site Manager
Fayetteville, GA - onsite, 5x/week
6-8 Week Contract - strong likelihood for continued extension
Our Fortune 50 Technology Customer is building a team to support the deployment of one of their new data center locations. This team will support the prep, cabling, and rack & stack for their next wave of deployments. This is an initial 6-8 week contract with great opportunity for future support & deployments with successful completion of the project.
Requirements:
- 10 Years of Experience
- 5 Years in Project management, primarily within Data Center Environments
- Ideally with both greenfield & brownfield builds
- Strong communication, documentation & people leadership
- Experience creating project plans, schedules
- Ability to perform resource management & allocation
- Knowledge of data center safety standards & protocols
- Nice-to-have – comes from Data Center engineering/operations background prior to PM seat
Responsibilities:
- Assesses upcoming workload demands and provide proposed schedule, approach and process to DCPMs and Techs for effectively completing required services
- Project documentation, communications and overall management daily
- Implement resourcing strategy to ensure all required services are completed on time and under budget
- Establish and ensure safety standards, protocol and requirements are always abided by
- Document and communicate project status updates, risk and challenges to internal stakeholders
