E2E Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description: The Supply Chain Performance & Digitalization Analyst is responsible for delivering actionable insights on end-to-end supply chain (E2E SC) performance, advancing supply reliability, and driving the digital transformation of performance management processes within Supply Chain. This role partners with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and standardize key metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of supply chain business experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain and a good understanding of key supply chain functions (e.g., Value Chain Management, Operations, Quality, Planning, Deliver, and Procurement).
- Deep insight and understanding of the overall business environment.
- Strong consensus management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of data analysis and causal factor assessment.
- Experience with digitalization initiatives.
- Strong systems and data management skills.
- Methodical process thinker with the ability to understand linkages between strategy, outcomes, drivers, and business processes.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's / University degree is required; a degree focused in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical value chains, with a good understanding of the role of Value Chain Management and Value Chain Leaders (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver valuable insights on end-to-end supply chain performance to the wider Supply Chain organization.
- Define metrics and user requirements to support the digitalization of E2E performance management processes.
- Facilitate the advancement of supply reliability outcomes by analyzing historical performance and leading indicators, driving sustainable improvement actions across functions.
- Conduct analysis to identify systemic issues, create a sense of urgency for resolution, establish prioritization methodologies, and drive conflict resolution across supply chain functions.
- Regularly communicate the status of supply reliability and E2E performance to senior leaders within the Supply Chain organization.
- Further develop the digital capabilities roadmap and implement key deliverables within the reliability domain.
- Execute the digital strategy and roadmap for E2E supply chain performance management, ensuring alignment with processes and business objectives.
- Foster collaboration between digital product and process owners across Supply Chain, focusing on key digital products in E2E performance management.
- Collaborate with functional leads to drive standardization and automation of key metrics.
- Actively support the development of the End-to-End Digital Value Chain.
- Ensure smooth operations by documenting business requirements for technical teams, facilitating handovers, and promoting user adoption of implemented changes.
