As an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst for one of the largest healthcare insurers in the state of Alabama, your expertise in insurance renewals and enterprise risk will assist board members and high-level leadership with corporate strategy and planning processes. The position is responsible for insurance renewals (Property, Casualty, Cyber, E&O, Crime, Directors and Officers), in addition to creating and distributing certificates of insurance for company subsidiaries. Maintaining and building broker relationships is a critical piece of this role and strong communication and relationship building skills are required. You will serve as the point of contact for all vendor related items in the division and will be responsible for onboarding all vendors and ensuring proper insurance coverage. This role comes with leadership visibility, autonomy, and great upward trajectory.

Minimum Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in an Enterprise Risk Management role and or Broker background
- Proven experience communicating with multiple stakeholders at the leadership level
- Experience facilitating and documenting risk management meetings
- Experience understanding and analyzing complex issues, problems and opportunities and making recommendations as to solutions or new business opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Required
