Identity and Access Management (IAM) Controls Testing Consultant
12-month Contract (with potential for extension)
Malvern, PA - Hybrid (onsite Tuesday – Thursday)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IAM Audit and Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program meets regulatory requirements and maintains effective controls. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and adept at driving compliance and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the internal IAM team for audit assessments and testing.
- Serve as the primary contact for IAM Audit and Regulatory Exams, facilitating and reviewing responses to Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, audit and regulatory activities, and measurements, providing insights into control effectiveness.
- Proactively monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance risk posture and regulatory compliance.
- Own and manage the IAM control framework, driving its continuous maturity and improvement.
- Participate in new initiatives to ensure controls are designed and implemented from the ground up.
- Track, monitor, and drive action plans to address findings and enhance IAM processes.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to evaluate controls, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools is a plus.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and IAM tools and platforms is required.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and implementation processes is essential.
