Technical Project Coordinator
Hybrid : Grand Rapids, MI
6-month Contract - potential for extension
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and a passion for streamlining processes and supporting project management initiatives. This role plays a critical part in our Demand Management Process, ensuring the effective intake, documentation, and prioritization of Infrastructure and Operations resource requests through the ServiceNow platform. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Demand Manager, business units, and IT teams to facilitate the successful execution of requests and projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Demand Management Support :
- Coordinate the demand intake process through ServiceNow, ensuring all scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets are accurately documented.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather required information for demand requests.
- Track changes to demand requests and escalate as needed.
