Cloud Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based initiatives. Working with minimal guidance and aligned to the bank’s project methodology, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring technical alignment with cloud infrastructure, and delivering successful migrations and implementations within scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for the planning, implementation, and tracking of cloud-based projects.
- Assemble and lead project teams to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and delivery.
- Oversee the migration of data and systems to cloud platforms, ensuring architectural and infrastructure alignment.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths to minimize risk and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, security, etc.) to ensure compatibility and integration across all project components.
- Continuously monitor progress, implement changes, and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Ensure all team members are informed and engaged, and that any project-related issues are managed proactively.
- Ensure deliverables meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing complex projects, including cloud migrations and implementations.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, frameworks, and tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to evolve project strategies using research, data, and industry insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with internal teams and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud (GCP).
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.
- Experience managing end-to-end cloud transformation or infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) projects.
