IT Project Manager

Long-term Contract
As the IT Project Manager, you'll work closely with the Project Management team to oversee IT projects in Application Development, Technical Support, Information Security, and Testing. You'll gather requirements, build timelines, and manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. You'll also support Project Managers with documentation, meetings, and status reports, while staying updated on project management techniques and trends.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work with technical teams
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools (Clarizen, Planview, AdaptiveWork, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate timelines with engineering teams
- Baseline understanding of the technical environment
- Experience with MS Office
- Wishlist: Microsoft Project, SQL, and/or exposure to other project management tracking tools
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects to support company goals, working with senior team members.
- Gather requirements, document playbooks, and create project timelines.
- Analyze and improve technical and business processes.
- Track dependencies and create reports for teams.
- Oversee development and delivery timelines, customer care, deployment strategies, and trial plans.
- Mentor and train project teams on best practices, while keeping management updated on progress and handling risks.
