IT Governance Specialist I
Contract to Hire
Hybrid: Cincinnati, Ohio
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our AI Governance program. This role involves supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of AI governance policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with AI standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of AI governance policies and procedures.
- Support the monitoring and reporting of AI governance metrics.
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and risk management teams to ensure alignment with AI governance standards.
- Participate in AI risk assessments and audits.
- Provide administrative support for AI governance meetings and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic understanding of AI technologies and governance principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or project experience in AI, data governance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for AI.
