Associate GRC Analyst
Location: Denver, CO
Hybrid Policy: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite
Contract: Long Term Contract
Pay: $30-32/hr
This position manages the Vendor Risk Assessment Program and cybersecurity for employees. Key tasks include checking new and existing technology vendors for risks, reviewing and deciding on risk assessment requests, and working with vendors and stakeholders to complete assessments. It also involves sharing assessment results, compliance needs, and approvals/denials, conducting yearly risk checks and overseeing vendors, identifying training needs based on user behavior, and coordinating with HR for training. Additionally, the role supports other tasks like approving third-party file sharing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working on projects like role-based access control.
Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities:
- Utilize OneTrust ServiceNow to manage Vendor Risk Assessments.
- Assist with creation and deployment of various Citywide Risk Assessments and Risk Register.
- Utilize ServiceNow to approve third party file share permission requests.
- Respond to and organize responses to third-party risk assessment requests from CCD.
- Review & select training material and manage training completion.
Knowledge and experience with application and compliance of below regulations is preferred:
- US Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Cybersecurity and Privacy Frameworks
- Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)
- US Department of Health and Human Services, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- US Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Criminal Justice Information Services Security (CJIS) Policy
