**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power Plant Operations Manager to join our team at Brooksource. As a Power Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing power plant operations, including providing technical support, developing long-term plans and budgets to maintain and improve equipment performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage capital and O&M projects by following prescribed procedures to develop design options and/or recommendations for system and equipment improvement initiatives.
- Develop 5- & 10-year capital budgets and justification for associated capital projects.
- Provide outage/project management, project budget management, long-term maintenance strategies and technical support to the plant.
- Review and analyze system equipment failures and initiate root cause analysis studies for them.
**Requirements:**
- B.S. in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution is required.
- M.S. in Business or Engineering is a plus.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License would also be a plus.
- A minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in an industrial facility or in support of an industrial facility with project or design focus involving the maintenance of the following types of equipment: pumps/motors, air/motor operated valves, fans, condensers, boilers, turbines, industrial electrical switchgear, circuit breakers and transformers.
