Our Fortune 15 Health Insurance client is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join their Digital/Web Experience team. This pivotal role will focus on delivering exceptional digital products that enhance user experience and drive business value.
Duties:
As the internal voice of the customer, you will engage in Agile Product Management, defining system features and participating in validation efforts. You will be responsible for the scope of work for the Agile Release Train (ART), as well as the vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the broader Portfolio. Your role will involve providing counsel and advice to senior management on significant matters, necessitating cross-organizational coordination. You'll deliver thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines and be recognized as the “go-to person” for complex assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage prioritization across multiple business owners and workstreams.
- Analyze product performance, stability, and client culture to ensure continued success and market fit.
- Define and own business requirements for project initiatives.
- Actively contribute during sprint planning and review meetings, and participate in other Scrum ceremonies.
- Communicate technical concepts with developers while tailoring messaging for stakeholders.
- Establish and communicate KPIs to executive management, adapting strategies as necessary.
- Present findings and updates to senior leaders and diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with the design team to define and drive design concepts based on business specifications.
- Lead the establishment of team objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage the product backlog, driving priorities based on risk, value, learning opportunities, and dependencies.
- Oversee multi-channel web projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in digital product management or related business website ownership.
- Proven experience in benefit management or a similar subject area.
- Strong Agile/SCRUM experience, particularly in Story/Acceptance criteria development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and guide outcomes effectively.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar applications.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
