What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Director position at Brooksource?
Brooksource is seeking a Director-level Program/Project Management professional to lead an effort to stand up a new SAP ERP for our client. At its core, this role will be instrumental in creating the execution roadmap, corresponding budget and successful deployment.
Responsibilities
• Create a multiyear execution plan, stakeholder engagement and budget & forecasting.
• Manage, mentor and coach workstream PMO resources.
• Engage with stakeholders to mitigate risks and maintain scope.
• Successful integration and deployment of program with the following focus:
• Provide portfolio reporting and oversight
• Identify escalations and resolutions
• Apply agile concepts
Qualifications
• 12 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
• Agile or hybrid (Waterfall & Agile) methodology experience strongly preferred
• PMP certified preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Project Director experience in highly matrixed environments
• Acquisition and/or integration experience preferred
• Proven track record of successful program deployments (on time, on budget)

Salary : $90 - $100
