Business Program Manager

As the, Business Program Manager you will aid in overseeing an enterprise wide initiative focused on enhancing customer experiences by monitoring how customers interact with the company during conflict situations and providing the most effective recommendations for resolution.This is a critical business program that supports multiple cross-functional initiatives and drives improvements in customer experience. The role will require a strong background in managing enterprise-level programs and a focus on business strategy—not technical work.

Minimal Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business program management, particularly in large-scale, enterprise-level programs.
- Strong understanding of managing cross-functional projects within a program.
- Ability to monitor and adjust budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure program success.
- Proven track record of identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with customer-focused programs and enterprise-level initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire program lifecycle, from defining program goals to final delivery.
- Coordinate multiple projects within the program and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Develop and monitor program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define and report on program status, development issues, risk areas, and success metrics.
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and coordination.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success, proposing solutions when necessary.
- Ensure high levels of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction throughout the program.
- Stay informed of business trends, customer needs, and internal processes that may impact the program.
