Data Center Project Manager / Coordinator
Location : Quincy, WA (within 30-mile radius)
Work Hours : Onsite, Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Position Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team of data center technicians in Quincy, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing awarded projects, providing daily direction to the team, tracking work hours, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project completion, addressing team challenges, managing headcount for multiple concurrent projects, updating client status trackers, serving as the onsite point of contact, and handling various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of data center projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
- Team Coordination : Provide daily direction to technicians, ensuring clarity on tasks and responsibilities.
- Time Tracking : Monitor and record daily hours worked on specific tasks to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
- Issue Resolution : Identify and address challenges or issues faced by the team, implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Resource Management : Manage headcount and ensure adequate coverage across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Client Communication : Update daily trackers with status updates for clients and serve as the primary onsite point of contact for technicians and client project managers.
- Reporting : Provide regular status updates and identify opportunities for additional work or improvements.
- Administrative Tasks : Handle various administrative responsibilities, including documentation management and adherence to project management processes.
