Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of an automation platform and customer center buy flow, built to support existing customers due to an FCC mandate. The project launched in 2024 and is expected to be completed by 2025. The ideal candidate will manage the project across an ecosystem of teams, ensuring effective coordination and delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
- Align project delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals.
- Oversee the implementation of a brand-new tech stack, built internally, with Deloitte as the vendor.
- Coordinate with development teams in Denver and St. Louis, including Pega, Billing, and Buyflow Services teams.
- Support the management of FTEs recently hired in St. Louis, ensuring effective utilization and coordination.
- Ensure governance controls are in place, and report on program roadmaps, status, development issues, and success metrics.
- Identify and monitor areas of risk, coordinating projects and their interdependencies.
- Build and manage budgets, continuously seeking opportunities to improve cost, performance, and schedule.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and satisfaction, maintaining awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal processes impacting the project.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among all teams involved.
- Plan and implement schedules, monitor programs from inception through delivery.
- Define and report program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics.
Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, ideally with a similar skill set to the current team members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and programs, with a focus on strategic alignment and governance.
- Available to start around mid-March.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on data-driven analysis.
- Proficiency in managing ticketing systems, handling escalations, and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with federal regulatory requirements and compliance-related issues.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Siebel CRM architecture.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
