Job Title : Agile Scrum Master Technical Firmware Project
Location : Hybrid Employment (3 days on-site) Rice Creek, MN
Project Overview
We are developing a cutting-edge feature-rich touchscreen display device powered by custom embedded firmware. This device is designed to improve the lives of patients by enabling them to receive diagnostic information and adjust settings for their implanted medical devices. The touchscreen interface will provide intensity adjustments, diagnostic reporting, alert notifications, troubleshooting instructions, and graphical support to enhance usability. Our team is responsible for the embedded firmware, while a separate team develops the software application that runs on top of it. We are seeking an Agile Scrum Master with firmware expertise to ensure the team smoothly progresses from high-level features to detailed tasks, maintaining efficiency and delivering high-impact results.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Agile Processes : Run Scrum meetings and keep development on track.
- Manage Backlog : Break down and prioritize firmware features into tasks.
