Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Help oversee daily operations on the construction site and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Help coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and enforce site safety policies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Help manage site logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, incidents, and inspections.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to building codes and regulations.
