Job Title: Project Manager
Contract Type: Contract to Hire
Location: 100% Remote
A leading company in the wholesale distribution industry is growing their PMO! Our major focus for the new year is a Supply Chain transformation, totaling in 10 net new project initiatives. We are seeking highly skilled Project Managers to join our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Present project updates, data, and findings to C-suite stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
