Systems Administrator – Windows 11 Migration
Hastings, MN
Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday-Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to support our manufacturing client with their Windows 11 migration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Intune and Autopilot, along with expertise in device management and corporate IT policies. This role requires strong communication and documentation skills to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the migration to Windows 11, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Configure and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Implement and manage Autopilot policies for HP-manufactured images.
- Develop and enforce BYOD policies for PC and Mac users.
- Provide Mac management support within Intune.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for processes and configurations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot deployment.
- Deep understanding of Autopilot policies for HP devices.
- Knowledge of BYOD policies for both PC and Mac environments.
- Proficiency in Mac management within Intune.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Surface devices.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
