Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, business analysis, and technical expertise, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and assist in the development of technical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with the application development team, gathering detailed requirements to drive configuration of Platforms.
- Hands-on development, building and deploying APIs, writing SQL queries following a Low Code No Code approach.
- Engage with Quality Assurance (QA) team, to ensure platform build meet user needs and requirements
- Engage with end users to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate platforms against business requirements and ensure readiness for deployment
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Work with development teams to ensure technical solutions are implemented effectively.
- Conduct testing and validation of technical solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Create and maintain documentation for technical solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-9 years of experience in business or technical analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge with software development and API implementations.
- Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs by effectively managing and prioritizing complex software requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in creating technical and business documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry.
- Knowledge of policy, billing, or claims processes.
- Familiarity with agile and waterfall methodologies.
Salary : $40 - $50
