Sr. Analyst – Technology Risk & Compliance
Join our team and play a key role in supporting IT compliance and risk management initiatives. We're seeking someone who can assist with exception management, risk assessments, and compliance with industry standards like HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and HITRUST.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage and execute the security control exception process
✅ Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze risk and compensating controls
✅ Deliver reports to TRC and IT leadership on exception trends
✅ Help ensure compliance with WBA IT policies and regulatory frameworks
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
📌 BA/BS 3 years OR HS/GED 5 years of relevant experience
📌 Background in IT Compliance, Audit, Security, or Cloud Security
📌 Solid understanding of IT policies, control frameworks, and risk assessment
📌 Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
