Job Summary
We are seeking a committed and skilled Maintenance Crew Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of all properties with 100% satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and the use of machinery and various handheld power tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong team player and willing to learn daily.
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Care for gardens by planting, watering, weeding, and fertilizing as needed.
- Use power tools like lawn mowers, blowers, and trimmers efficiently and safely.
- Inspect grounds regularly to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas by removing debris and litter.
Experience and Requirements
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license preferred, but not required
- Understanding Landscape care techniques including irrigation methods is a plus.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
