We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to help optimize supply chains & improve inventory management.The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify and fix operational inefficiencies across social commerce (TikTok), e-commerce (Shopify), and retail (Amazon).You’ll focus on immediate operational improvements while also proposing scalable solutions for the future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Review supply chain, inventory workflows, and forecasting processes to spot gaps and bottlenecks, especially across D2C channels.
- Develop an inventory forecasting model, implement real-time dashboards, and streamline inventory management across all sales channels.
- Identify operational strategies to improve inventory turnover and fulfillment across all D2C channels.
- Work with marketing and finance teams to scale operations effectively.
- Develop SOPs and frameworks that prepare the company for future growth.
- Sales Channels are Amazon, TikTok & Shopify.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in supply chain management and inventory forecasting for DTC brands.
- Familiarity with sales channels like Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills and experience calculating COGS.
- A proactive mindset with a balance of tactical and strategic thinking.
