Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee all logistics and operational activities for a high growth brand. This is a critical role responsible for managing inventory, vendor relationships, customer orders, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control and fulfillment in line with the luxury goods industry.

The role:

• Oversee and optimize the entire order fulfillment process, including procurement, inventory control, transportation, and logistics management.
• Manage the product lifecycle from purchase orders and vendor confirmations to quality assurance, invoice management, and order status.
• Supervise inventory receiving, ensuring quality assurance procedures are followed, and manage outbound shipments to customers.
• Collaborate with teams across eCommerce, sales, design, and production to ensure efficient and timely product delivery and inventory management.
• Analyze and address operational inefficiencies and collaborate with third-party vendors to implement improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend logistics and operational enhancements, including in-house solutions, outsourcing, or automation.
• Oversee returns processes and ensure that quality items are promptly reintegrated into inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of logistics and operations experience, preferably in the luxury goods
• Experience with Netsuite and Shopify is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior communication and negotiation skills.

What’s in I for you?

• Base salary range: $70,000 - $110,000
• This role is based in New York City (5 days a week)
