About the Role :
As a Technical Account Manager , youll play a key role in managing relationships with clients, consultants, and technical teams. Youll be the go-to expert for AV solutions, introducing our cutting-edge products and ensuring they are smoothly integrated into client projects. This is a role for someone who loves both technology and people, as it requires technical know-how and excellent communication skills.
What You'll Do :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with at least 75% of our consultants and technical managers.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of new products, keeping clients up-to-date with the latest innovations.
- Collaborate with clients to discuss their product needs and any potential improvements.
- Conduct research into product groups as requested by our marketing team.
- Proactively follow up on completed projects and maintain ongoing communication.
- Assist consultants and dealers with their project or tender needs.
- Troubleshoot on-site when needed, providing hands-on support.
