What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver - 11 Month position at Broome-Tioga BOCES?
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Loads, unloads, and delivers media library resources, Health and PE equipment, science kits, portable planetarium, and other items to various schools in Broome and/or Tioga counties.
- Assists with inventory, cleaning, and minor maintenance of resources
- Responsible for general cleanliness of assigned vehicle and warehouse space
- Uses a computer and utilizes common office software programs and databases, including the Media Library booking system.
- Assists with scheduling and delivery communication
- Provides quality customer service
Job Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid NYS driver's license
- Able to lift large/heavy items
