Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be proficient in various maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and organize outdoor and indoor areas, removing ground debris and trash.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain grounds, including but not limited to light landscaping, trimming, pruning, weeding, and watering plants.
- Ensure walkways and pathways remain clear and safe.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, debris, boxes, and furniture as needed.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to various properties.
- Prior experience in groundskeeping or general maintenance is preferred but not required.
