Client Relationship Representative -
A growing Wealth Management Firm based in Bedford, NH that provides holistic financial planning services, asset allocation recommendations, and investment implementation for high-net-worth individuals and families is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager. Its goal is to pilot a personalized financial plan designed with each client’s best interests, unique needs, and long-term objectives in mind. A growing firm with a national client base is looking for the right candidate to work with the team to coordinate all client service activities to deliver the ultimate client experience.
This position is critical to building client advocacy and enduring relationships. This individual will spend the majority of time on client-facing activities so that the financial advisors can focus on client goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the Wealth Management Team by providing excellent customer service, relationship building, prompt follow-up to client issues, and proactive problem-solving.
- Prepare client paperwork for upcoming meetings with Wealth Managers
- Ensure paperwork is processed timely and accurately to decrease other client communication errors.
- Provides Non-Advice Related Support for new and existing clients in person and over the phone.
- Act as the primary contact for client service questions, issues, and problem resolution, escalating items to other team members if necessary.
- Complete backup duties for other team members, including those from other departments, as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and pivot between tasks throughout the day.
- Strong problem-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Exceptional organizational skills: multi-task and follow up with and meet deadlines.
- Highly competent computer skills with Excel.
- Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Impeccable ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
- Positive attitude, personal organization, and the ability to handle a heavy workload.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Energetic, eager to learn, and willing to cooperate.
Preferred Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 or 6, 63.
- Associate’s Degree and four (4)years in a client service role in the finance industry.
- Experience with database software Redtail.
- Experience with database software Albridge.
