Your tasks
- Plan and define lean and efficient flows of raw and productive materials, parts, and assemblies to Brose New Boston Plant and plan high volume production of mechatronic systems and schedule delivery of finished mechatronics systems in line with Just in Time (JIT) and Just in Sequence (JIS) inventory, logistics, and supply chain management requirements. Plan and order components, forecast demand, and assure delivery of raw and productive materials for mechatronic systems, from suppliers to delivery to plant for series and service production, using SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO) and Quality Management (QM) modules. Plan and support preproduction and production processes including welding, riveting, screwing, coating, and final assembly on production lines, and finished goods transportation and delivery to Brose and Tier I manufacturing plants, and OEM vehicle assembly plants located throughout United States, Canada, Germany, and Japan.
- Bachelor, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related.
- Twenty-four months’ experience as Material Planner, Logistics Planner, or related, planning and defining lean flows of raw and productive materials, parts, and assemblies to plant, plan production of automotive systems and schedule delivery of finished products to customers or related.
