Skilled Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a knowledge for both residential construction and concrete finishing.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks involving building construction and concrete finishing.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Operate heavy machinery
• Assist in the assembly and installation of products or structures as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential construction and concrete finishing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Familiarity with safety practices in a labor environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
