Brother International Corporation is recruiting for its Summer 2025 Internship Program. This exciting opportunity provides selected undergraduate students with a PAID, 10-week experience from Monday June 2 through Friday August 8. Eligible student applicants will be current sophomores and juniors (rising juniors and seniors respectively during the Summer 2025 program period), possess US work authorization, and be able to work 40 hours per week in a hybrid or full on-site environment at the location noted. The objectives of the program are to provide meaningful work and projects for completion and to help Brother develop a strong pipeline of talent within our operating communities.
This role will be based at our Bridgewater, NJ location and follow a hybrid work schedule.

Here’s What You’ll Do This Summer:
- Gather key customer information on our top 100 customers and target accounts to support account-based marketing and provide the sales team with strategic data
- Identify additional mobile print use cases and prospects for growth in the Public Sector, beyond Law Enforcement
- Must be a present college sophomore or junior (rising junior or rising senior during the Summer 2025 program period) returning to an undergraduate program following the summer to be eligible
- Target Major(s) or Fields of Study: Business, Marketing or Criminal Justice
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- Curiosity or interest in Public Safety
- Proficient in using the online databases for research
- Background in Criminal Justice or Law Enforcement
- Prior experience conducting market research
- Experience in sales or marketing
- Experience in building a business plan or conducting a market study
- Interest in mobile printing technology
- Competitive hourly rate ($20.00/hour – fixed program rate)

- You are aligned with our $20/hour non-negotiable program rate and 40-hour work week.
- You are available the entirety of the 10-week program period and do not have any extended trips that would impose on your ability to participate all 10 weeks (1 week = 10% of the program).
- You have reviewed the work location and schedule and are aligned and will be in a commutable distance of the work location and able to meet the schedule requirements of the position.
