The Role at a Glance
The Talent Acquisition Team is seeking someone to support our sourcing and screening efforts as we help to fill several strategic roles in our growing Finance Department.
Support a requisition load of approximately 10-15 roles, working alongside the primary recruiters for the roles to augment their sourcing and screening efforts to identify great talent.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Sourcing: for each assigned role, prioritize pipeline health and funnel activity by monitoring the applicant pools, and dedicating time to proactive sourcing across active and passive channels
- Screening: connect with candidates to ensure alignment between their experience and the role requirements, including deep finance-based functional experience, as well as compensation expectations, schedule expectations, and more
- Ensure clear and frequent communication between yourself and the primary recruiters on candidate activity and recruiting status
Key Experience & Qualifications
- Sourcing and screening experience, preferable in a corporate recruiting capacity, for finance roles, including but not limited to roles in tax, treasury, accounting, accounts payable, and finance business partnering
- Familiarity with HRIS/ATS candidate management systems
- Experience identifying and engaging active and passive talent with proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and really (you will also have access to Phenom CRM and ZoomInfo Talent OS)
- The successful candidate will be skilled with communication, organization, and problem-solving
Compensation & Schedule for This Role
- The target pay rate for this assignment is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate on experience
- This assignment is estimated for a 3 month to 6 month duration, dependent on business need (full time hours, 40 hours per week)
- This role will maintain a hybrid schedule, on-site in our Bridgewater NJ office at least 2 days a week - Monday and Tuesday are preferred days for maximizing team collaboration but open to flexibility

About Where We Work
Brother’s corporate headquarters for the Americas is in Bridgewater, NJ, across from the Bridgewater Commons Mall. This location houses key corporate functions, including HR, legal, finance, IT, and supply chain, and a significant presence of our business unit leadership and marketing teams. Our manufacturing and distribution facility in Bartlett, TN spans an impressive 1.5 million square feet - equivalent to 26 football fields - and is located on Brother Boulevard. In addition to the distribution center operations team, this facility hosts several other departments, including our customer service group. Brother also has employees based in other locations, such as Westminster, CO, where many of our marketing and product engineering team members from the mobile solutions division operate, as well as our distribution centers in Richmond, VA and Perris, CA. Additionally, our outside sales teams work remotely within their territories, staying geographically close to the accounts they support to ensure they are always “at your side” for our customers.
