JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing administrative support or facility maintenance within the selected department for a designated period. Responsible for completing routine administrative or seasonal facility projects as needed.

- Provide administrative support as assigned.
- Assist with routine maintenance duties as assigned.
- Assist with routine or seasonal projects as assigned by department.
- Complete other projects as assigned.

- Demonstrate knowledge of standard office practices and procedures.
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must possess mathematical, organizational, and people skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, be accurate with details, and maintain confidentiality.
- Must possess and demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., bend, reach, and stretch to perform manual labor duties and repair equipment.
- Must be able to climb a ladder and work outside during adverse weather conditions.
- Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff
members.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Education and/or Experience
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited college/university for the proceeding semester (proof may be
required), or a college graduate in the prior semester. - Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to operate power equipment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Advanced education in the related fields is desired.
- 1 year of general work experience is desired.
