JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing clerical support in various function of areas of Human Resources including answering routine questions from employees as required maintaining employment records and assisting with corporate events and special projects.
POSITION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide clerical support for the human resources department.
- Maintain personnel files in ImageRight by preparing, scanning, and indexing all personnel file documents, including all onboarding documents for new hires.
- Use discretion in directing employee and third-party requests to the appropriate subject-matter expert within the department.
- Respond to external inquiries, vendor requests, and routine employee questions as required.
- Input complete and accurate data into the HRIS system and run basic queries and reports as requested.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with third parties and outside vendors to ensure smooth operations of company benefits and corporate events.
- Complete other projects as assigned.

- Possess excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Possess strong organizational skills and work well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department staff members.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 1 year of HR, benefits, or office administration-related experience.
- Associate’s degree majoring in business, finance, or HR is desired.
- Previous experience working in an HRIS system is desired.
